The offer

The Token Audit. One week, $30,000, fixed.

A fixed-fee audit of your generative-AI spend, run on your own invoices and observability rather than a questionnaire. It scores your estate against the twelve levers, puts a defensible number on the spend that returns nothing, and prices the path to removing it. The fee does not depend on what we find.

The published engagement started from exactly this audit: a $24M annual AI bill, scored 26 out of 100, $8.7M a year removed in just over a week with every quality floor held. The case study, lever by lever.

What you get

Three deliverables, all measured, none estimated.

The Token Efficiency Score

Your estate scored 0 to 100 against the published scoring model, with the band that tells a board where it stands, from Tokenmaxxer to Yield-optimised.

A defensible savings number

Overlap-adjusted recoverable spend, measured on your invoices and observability and reconciled to the bill. Every benchmark default in the model is replaced with a value measured from your own data.

A costed roadmap

The levers in priority order, each with the dollar figure it carries, what pulling it costs, and the quality floor it must hold, signed off in a form your finance and risk teams will accept.

How the week runs

Read-only access is the only setup.

You grant read access to billing exports and observability; nobody installs anything. We build a spend cube, reconcile it to the invoice, score the twelve levers from the evidence in your data, and hand over the report with the roadmap. The method is on the how-we-work page, stage by stage, and the standard it applies is published in full. The standard scope is one estate: one consolidated set of provider accounts and the observability behind it. Anything larger is agreed before we start.

The findings are yours. Implement them with your own team, with us, or with anyone else; if remediation with us follows, it is a separate engagement on the terms shown in the case study.

In the press

"Three years into the AI buildout, the firms buying the technology still cannot put a dollar figure on the payoff."

Milos Maricic, founder of Maximand, quoted in the Los Angeles Times, August 2026, on Maximand's census of 919 earnings calls from 60 listed financial firms.
